Return Eligibility
- Watches may be returned only if they arrive damaged, mechanically defective, or if you receive the incorrect model
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report an issue
- Supporting evidence, such as clear photos or a video of the unboxing and the defect, is strictly required for verification
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches that have been worn, resized, or altered (e.g., links removed from the bracelet)
- Watches without their original protective films, tags, and complete packaging
- Items purchased on sale or clearance, unless mechanically defective upon arrival
Refund & Replacement Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected by our team, replacements or refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
